Chef Knock has been passionate about the culinary arts since a young age, has gained extensive experience working alongside many renowned chefs. He has developed a keen interest in Progressive Thai Cuisine — a refined culinary style that emphasizes texture and the harmonious balance of each component on the plate. By integrating Western techniques with the essence of traditional Thai cooking, Chef Knock presents Thai cuisine in a contemporary form while faithfully preserving its original, authentic flavors.
